Terri started working in the hearing aid business in 1993 as a receptionist for Sears/Miracle Ear in Shoreline. She then worked for Affordable Hearing, also located in Shoreline, where she learned more about the hearing aid business and how to manage one. She has been with Advanced Hearing Systems since 2003 as Office Manager. During this time, she has attended several classes and received certificates from various manufacturers learning the fitting and technology of hearing aids, as well as developing her managerial skills. Terri enjoys working with and helping all of our clients, especially the elderly. "It warms my heart to see them smile when they can hear (again)."
